19-Year-Old Brandon Oakley Returns To CRA Action With JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour At Columbus

Beavercreek, Ohio (May 20, 2014) – After taking some time off to regroup and to run a
few select events closer to home in weekly competition, 19-year-old Brandon Oakley will
make his return to the touring series ranks beginning this Saturday, May 24th. The
Memorial Day Holiday Weekend features a trip to Columbus Motor  Speedway in
Columbus, Ohio as the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance
will make their yearly appearance at the 1/3 (0.333) mile semi-banked, circular shaped
paved oval for the Agroscapes 100 Presented by SizzleMarine.com.

"I'm ready to get to Columbus this weekend. we've been doing some testing and running
some local shows to try and get our cars where we need them." Explained the
Beavercreek, Ohio driver when talking about his brief hiatus from touring series racing.
"I'm hoping to improve on my second place finish from last year and get my first win in the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour." He added.

The revised plans for the remainder of the 2014 racing season for Oakley and his revitalized Brandon Oakley Racing Team are to make select appearances in the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour as well as the ARCA/CRA Super Series and also to make several higher profile weekly shows within in his home state of Ohio. There's also the possibility of competing in select NASCAR K&N Pro Series East races later in the year as well.

In Oakley's last event, the Robbie Dean Memorial 94 at Shady Bowl Speedway (OH) on May 17th, he finished a solid fifth within the 22-car field. In two ARCA/CRA Super Series appearances in 2014, Oakley finished a disappointing 28th at Toledo Speedway (OH) in Border Wars I - 7-Up 150 back on April 12th and 16th in the non-points SpeedFest 2014 back on January 26th at Watermelon Capital Speedway (GA).

For the rest of the 2014 racing season, all of Oakley’s #51 Brandon Oakley Racing Chevrolet SS's, one black, one orange and one white will all carry sponsorship support and decals from Dayton International Airport as well as DKBicycles.com Oakley Black Top, Buckminn's D&D Harley-Davidson, Duncan Oil, Main Auto Parts, McAfee Heating & Air, AR Bodies and M.P.H.
