July 8, 2014
DeWitt, Michigan (July 8, 2014) – It's been a whirlwind 2014 racing season for Chad Finley
and the Chad Finley Racing Team. He's be running a wide variety of events in different
types of racecars, even changing surfaces on occasion. Now the DeWitt, Michigan driver
is back to NASCAR K&N Pro Series East mode on Friday, July 11th at the 'Magic Mile' of
New Hampshire International Speedway in Loudon, New Hampshire for the running of the
Granite State 100. Finley's #29 Auto Value Parts Stores /Airlift Company / Ford is ready
to roll and so is the driver.

"I am really looking forward to having the opportunity to race at Loudon. Shane Whitbeck
from BKR (Brad Keselowski Racing) has prepared us an awesome car again I am sure."
The 22-year-old stated. "He will not be able to travel with us this time as he has his
commitment with Ryan (Blaney) in the truck race at Iowa. But he has surrounded me with
good people. Marc Browning will call the shots while consulting with Shane by phone. We
had a great effort at our last race and I am looking to make this outing much better.
Hopefully we will have a good solid day." He added.

After New Hampshire, it's a quick turnaround for the team before the next race on the CFR
schedule; the 2nd Annual Battle at Berlin 251 Presented by Primera Plastics on Friday-
Saturday, July 18-19th at Berlin Raceway, located west of Grand Rapids and only an hour
away from the CFR race shop in Marne, Michigan. The 251 is also the second race of the prestigious $100,000 JEGS Triple Crown Series for the ARCA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS.

From there it's in the ARCA/CRA Super Series for a second weekend in a row with the running of the Circle City 100 Presented by JEGS.com on Friday, July 25th. The immaculate 0.686 mile paved oval of Lucas Oil Raceway, located west of Indianapolis in Brownsburg, Indiana will host a special ARCA Double Header as the ARCA Racing Series Presented by Menards will also be on the property the same day. In the last two July events at LOR, Finley has won the Fast Qualifier Award in the ARCA/CRA portion of the weekend.

"I'm grateful to be able to race so many weeks in a row. I love to keep busy behind the wheel. We have had some time here to get our race cars in good order at CFR." Finley continued. "We need to capitalize on it for sure. We had a great run last year at Berlin running second so we are going to try and move that up one spot for sure. Lucas Oil Raceway is one of my favorite places to race so it would mean a lot to find victory lane there as well."

Finley also made his Dirt Late Model debut over the Fourth of July Holiday Weekend at Tri-City Motor Speedway, located west of Bay City in Auburn, Michigan on Friday, July 4th and came away with a sixth place finish. The following night was at Merritt Speedway, located south of Gaylord in Lake City, Michigan where he won his Qualifier Heat. In the main, a suspension issue forced him to park the ride for the evening.

"Dirt racing is a lot of fun. We are doing that to keep fresh and keep me behind the wheel as much as possible.  Our partner Mike Staszak gave me that opportunity and I appreciate it very much." He added. "My Uncle Doug crew chiefs that deal and it’s awesome to work with him and get to be around the family a lot more. I got to say I am having a blast right now that’s for sure." Finley ended.

As for the remainder of the 2014 racing season, driving wise, Finley will run in mainly high-profile Super Late Model races throughout the country primarily in the ARCA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS. He'll also run events within the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East, JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour, ARCA Midwest Tour and the Southern Super Series. On some off weekends, Finley will also compete in an Outlaw Bodied Pro Late Model closer to home at Owosso Speedway (MI) and will add some shows in the dirt in his new UMP DIRTcar Late Model at select tracks around his home state of Michigan.
