July 30, 2014
Beavercreek, Ohio (July 30, 2014) – Brandon Oakley was ready for the ARCA/CRA Super
Series Powered by JEGS race at Columbus Motor Speedway back on June 28th.
Unfortunately Mother Nature had other plans and forced CRA and Columbus officials to
postpone the event to Saturday, August 2nd. Now that race has become the Inaugural
JEGS Bud St. Amant Memorial 125 Presented by CoughlinCars.com. One of the biggest
races of the season at one of the two 'home tracks' for the Beavercreek, Ohio driver and
one that he is looking forward too.

"I can't wait for this week's memorial race for Bud. He helped me out a ton in the last year
and the last race he was in victory lane was with me at Columbus after our Robbie Dean
series win (On July 6, 2013)."Explained the now 20-year-old amidst preparations for the
174-lap main. "To win this race would mean a lot to everyone on this team and especially
to me. This is our biggest race of the year." He added.

In his last race at Columbus this season, Oakley made his NASCAR K&N Pro Series
East debut back on July 19th and finished 19th after an incident after qualifying seventh
quick. Prior to that in a JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance
event on May 24th, Oakley won his first career CRA Fast Qualifier Award and would finish
eighth in the Agroscapes 100 Presented by SizzleMarine.com & JEGS.com.

In the last ARCA/CRA Super Series race for Oakley, the Circle City 100 Presented by JEGS.com at Lucas Oil Raceway (IN) on July 25th, Oakley brought home a solid 10th place finish in the race, which was won by NASCAR Sprint Cup Series star, Kyle Busch. "We were happy with our run at LOR. I feel like I am getting better over there, and we have a better starting spot to unload with in the fall." He ended.

The plans for the rest of the 2014 racing season for Oakley and his revitalized Brandon Oakley Racing Team are to make select appearances in the ARCA/CRA Super Series as well as in the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour. He also hopes to make it to several higher profile weekly shows within in his home state of Ohio and finally in select NASCAR K&N Pro Series East races later in the year as well.
