(Special from Scott Neal Racing)
June 11, 2014
Middletown, Indiana (June 11, 2014) – Esteemed Car Owner and Crew Chief, Scott Neal
still has the itch to get back behind the wheel of a racecar every now and then. His last
appearance was with the ARCA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS in the 42nd
Running of the Winchester 400 back on October 13, 2013 at the legendary high-banks of
Winchester Speedway (IN). Prior to that, Neal made several appearances with the JEGS/
CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance and even scored a Fast Qualifier
Award at Auto City Speedway (MI).

That itch has returned for the 44-year-old Middletown, Indiana veteran as Neal, who has
victories in three of the four Champion Racing Association (CRA) Powered by JEGS touring divisions will look to add another trophy to the resume. The Stoops Freightliner Redbud 300 is this Friday-Saturday, June 13-14th at his home track of Anderson Speedway in Anderson, Indiana. This race also serves as the first round of the prestigious $100,000 JEGS Triple Crown Series. Neal's strategy is if he's going to come back and race, make it a big show.

"Really looking forward to the opportunity to race some of the best late model drivers in the world. This could be the best Redbud in the history of the race." Remarked Neal as he and his Scott Neal Racing crew get prepared for the 300-lap main just 20 minutes from the race shop. "We really need to give a special thanks to all of the sponsors and supporters of Scott Neal Racing. We wouldn't be doing this otherwise." He added.

In addition to Neal, 2013 CRA Street Stock Series Champion, Dustin Burge will get back behind the wheel of a SNR prepared machine. In his first start for Neal, which came in the Anderson Properties 125 Presented by Great Deals Savings Magazine for the ARCA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS on April 26th, also at Anderson, the 27-year-old Anderson native made the most of his opportunity as he earned the Hard-Charger Award for the race with an impressive fifth place finish after starting 14th.

This time, Burge will make another debut, this one coming in the Vore's Welding CRA Late Model Sportsman Series Powered by JEGS the night before on Friday, June 13th. The biggest race of the season for the series, the Motion Motors 100 will serve as a prelude to the Redbud 300 the next evening.  This will also be the Anderson, Indiana natives' debut in the CRA Late Model Sportsman Series. "Really excited about another opportunity with SNR. Very thankful and am hoping for a good finish. Big Thanks to Scott & Jack Neal for this chance." Burge appreciatively stated.

Both Neal and Burge's #4 machines will sport identical paint schemes and carry the familiar #4 on each black Hamke Racecars chassis with sponsorship support and decals from JEGS.com as well as Motion Motors, Norrick Petroleum, Luellen LP Gas, Schoenfeld Headers, Ultra Cool Brake Fans, PGG Enterprises, QS Components and M.P.H. Promotions.
