Bremen, Kentucky (February 26, 2014) – The goal for 16-year-old Hunter Baize and
VanDoorn Racing Development by racing during Florida Speedweeks with three-time
CRA Championship Winning Crew Chief, Butch VanDoorn and three-time ARCA/CRA
Super Series Champion, Johnny VanDoorn, who served as Baize's Driver Coach and
Spotter, was to get valuable seat time and more importantly, to gel with his new team.
Despite some expected ups and downs, both Baize and the VanDoorn's were very happy
with the results and now look ahead to the rest of the season.

The 48th annual World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing at New Smyrna Speedway
(FL) from February 14-22nd would see Baize compete for the 2014 Pro Late Models
Speedweeks title. A solid fifth place finish in the final points standings coupled with one
top five finish, a fifth on Wednesday, February 19th to go with four top 10s and five top 15
finishes has the Bremen, Kentucky teenager optimistic heading into the rest of the 2014
racing season and his bid for the 2014 JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet
Performance Championship.

"We were pleased with our performance at the World Series. We ended up with our first
top five of the season and was fifth in points against 40-plus of the best late model drivers in North America." The Blue Grass State teenager beamed. "We also came away with things I know I need to work on as a driver, and gained valued seat time. The time spent working with our new crew will be priceless heading in to the JEGS/CRA season." He added.

With Speedweeks now in the books, Baize's machines are now back at VanDoorn Racing Development in Fruitport, Michigan getting ready for the remainder of the season. VanDoorn Racing Development is a new 6,500 square foot race shop housing two Pro Late Models and One Super Late Model. All three entries will have McGunegill Engine Performance power under the hood.

In addition, Johnny VanDoorn has not retired at all from driving as the Coopersville, Michigan competitor will pilot the Super Late Model with Baize as the first race for VanDoorn utilizing one of his own cars out of his and his brothers own shop is tentatively set for Friday-Saturday, April 11-12th at the fast 1/2 (0.500) mile high-banked paved oval  of Toledo Speedway in Toledo, Ohio for the ARCA/CRA Super Series season opener, the Border Wars 7-Up 150, a combination event with the ARCA Midwest Tour in which VanDoorn is the defending race winner.

The first points race for Baize in the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour is slated for Saturday-Sunday, May 3-4th at the 3/8s (0.375) mile semi-banked paved oval of Springport Motor Speedway in Springport, Michigan for the Cabin Fever 100 Presented by JEGS.com. In anticipation of that event, tentatively, Baize will turn practice laps at Berlin Raceway, about 10 minutes from the VanDoorn shops in Marne, Michigan during that tracks series of Pre-Season Test and Tunes.
