Salem, Indiana (November 25, 2014) – Champion Racing Association Powered
by JEGS has officially released the 2015 Schedule for the JEGS/CRA All-Stars
Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance. The JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour 2015
Schedule will consist of 14 total races, with 13 of those being point events. 2015
will be the fifth season of competition for the crate late model touring series
sanctioned by Champion Racing Association.
"We are really excited about the 2015 schedule with the JEGS/CRA All-Stars
Tour," remarked Glenn Luckett, Managing Partner of CRA. "We have a great mix
of events on the schedule again that will challenge our drivers throughout the
season and provide some great racing for our fans!"
The 2015 racing season kicks off with the traditional non-points opener for both
the ARCA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS and the JEGS/CRA All-Stars
Tour with SpeedFest 2015 at Watermelon Capital Speedway in Cordele, Georgia
on Saturday-Sunday, January 24-25th. The JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour race will be
a 125 lap four tire event, counting yellow flag laps up to lap 100. This event has
traditionally attracted the best Pro Late Model drivers from both the North and the South in this early season battle.
The JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour will then kick off its 2015 point season on Sunday, May 3rd at Springport Motor Speedway, located in Springport, Michigan. From there the series will travel to Columbus Motor Speedway, located in Columbus, Ohio for the traditional Memorial Day Weekend event on Saturday, May 23rd.
The series will then make the longest distance road trip of the season to Lebanon I-44 Speedway, in Lebanon, Missouri with the prestigious 3rd Annual Mercy Masters of the Pros 144 on Saturday, May 30th. The series will then visit the famed High Banks of Salem Speedway, in Salem, Indiana on Saturday, June 20th.
After a one year hiatus, the series will make a return visit to Dixie Motor Speedway located in Birch Run, Michigan on Friday, July 10th. The series will then head to the World’s Fastest Quarter Mile, the famed Anderson Speedway, located in Anderson, Indiana on Friday, July 17th as part of the huge Redbud 300 Weekend.
The series will then head back to Michigan, to Berlin Raceway in Marne on Saturday, August 1st. The series stays in Michigan for an August 8th return visit to Auto City Speedway in Clio. The series will then have its third straight event in Michigan at Owosso Speedway in Ovid on Saturday, August 29th.
The series will then head to the legendary 1/2 mile high-banks of Winchester Speedway in Winchester, Indiana on Sunday, September 6th to kick off the famous World Stock Car Festival on Labor Day Weekend. The series will then make its second trip of the season to Springport Motor Speedway on Saturday, September 19th, which will be the tours' final visit to the state of Michigan.
The series will then join all of their CRA counterparts for Fall Brawl 2015 at Lucas Oil Raceway just outside of Indianapolis, Indiana on Saturday-Sunday, September 26-27th. The JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour will crown their 2015 Tour Champion help kick off the 44th Running of the Winchester 400 Weekend in the process on Friday, October 9th in its second visit of the season to Winchester Speedway.
