Huntersville, North Carolina (October 8, 2014) – Heading into the Winchester (IN) 400 race weekend at Winchester Speedway, Corey Deuser has a lot to be excited about despite a tough season. The last race in the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour season is one Deuser has been looking forward to since his victory there last year.
The Winchester 100 Presented by JEGS.com opens the 43rd running of the Winchester 400 weekend on Friday, October 10. For racers and fans alike, the Winchester 400 weekend is a "bucket-list" event. The weekend consists of three days of racing including Super Late Models, Pro Late Models, Late Model Sportsman, Modifieds and FWD Compacts.
"This has been an exciting time in my racing career, I'm looking forward to the future," said the 16-year-old Indiana native. "I would like nothing more than to get another victory at Winchester Speedway. It is one of my favorite tracks and one that all race car drivers and fans need to experience at least once."
Deuser is the defending winner of the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour, Winchester 100 Presented by JEGS.com. A last lap pass coming to the checkered flag helped him secure his first career JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour win, as well as second place in the season-long overall points standings.
This weekend Deuser will try his hand once again on the high-banks of Winchester as he races his red and white No. 71 Ford Fusion with sponsorship from Deuser Electric, Focus Eyewear, ARC Construction Management, ASB Custom Homes, Off Axis Paint, Lucas Oil and Fast Track.
