“We greatly appreciate Hamner Racing Engines and DUBZ Thermal Products teaming up
and coming to us with this great award and cash bonus for our racers,” remarked Glenn Luckett, Series Director with the ARCA/CRA Super Series. “Both companies recognize that it cost a lot of money for teams to race in these events and the best way they could support our series teams, was providing a cash bonus to help a team with those cost and award that team for their performance.”
Hamner Racing Engines began in 1995 after Jeff Hamner ventured out on his own after working for his father in an engine-related business. With the help of former NASCAR Sprint Cup driver Gary Bradberry and their team operation, Jeff set up shop and began his own business with a goal of taking things to the next level by building and focusing on short track/touring series racing engines. The company gained exposure in 1996 by winning the Hooters Cup Series Championship and NASCAR Southwest Tour title. After multiple race wins and championships, including a couple by Hamner himself using his own engines, Hamner moved to a new shop and focused on building race engines full-time.
Since then, Hamner has won some of the most prestigious short track races and championships, providing power at an affordable price for up-and-coming racers, veterans and NASCAR stars in their short track racing efforts. Founded in 2006, DUBZ is a manufacturer of radiators, oil coolers and high performance type condensers. Their advantage is they do not have to purchase components from other suppliers. They manufacture all our own parts. Most of their competitors purchase cores and components from other suppliers and then weld the components in their shop to make a complete radiator. DUBZ has their own engineering staff that works in unison with their furnace operator, machinist/fabricators and welders.
DUBZ cooling systems are for the following: Racing applications, classic cars and trucks, racing airplanes and heavy equipment. All products are 100% leak tested and welded by certified welders. DUBZ has 75 years of combined experience in engineering and thermal heat transfer. More information on DUBZ is available online at www.dubzthermalproducts.com
