CRA Announces Bonuses for World Stock Car Festival

CRA Late Model Sportsman Series & CRA Street Stocks Series to Benefit

Salem, Indiana (August 9, 2013) – Officials from Champion Racing Association Powered by JEGS and Winchester Speedway have announced special bonus programs and increased winner’s checks for two divisions during the upcoming Labor Day Weekend's "World Stock Car Festival" at the Legendary Half-Mile Speedway.

For the Top Speed Fabrication CRA Late Model Sportsman Powered by JEGS as well as the Stealth Trailers CRA Street Stocks Powered by JEGS, the top 3 finishers in each division that have NOT raced with CRA in 2013 will receive bonuses of $100, $50, and $30. These types of bonuses have been a recent annual tradition for the World Stock Car Festival, which has produced some of the biggest car counts in the Midwest each year. The Late Model Sportsman will also have an increased top prize of $1200 and the Street Stocks will also have an increased top prize of $1000.

The event features more than just great racing, it is three full days of camping, parties and music. The Labor Day Weekend activities begin with parking and open practice on Saturday, August 31st. Sunday, September 1st activities include practice and qualifying for all divisions, plus features for the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour presented by Chevrolet Performance and the Vore’s Compact Touring Series, followed by a legendary Party in the Pavilion". Then on Monday afternoon September 2nd, fans pack the stands for four incredible features from the ARCA/CRA Super Series Late Models Powered by JEGS, Top Speed Modifieds, Top Speed Fabrication CRA Late Model Sportsman and Stealth Trailers CRA Street Stocks.
