Double-Duty Is The Plan For Chad Finley At Lucas Oil Raceway In ARCA/CRA & JEGS/CRA
Night of the Stars Twin 100s to include NASCAR Drivers Schrader, Stremme & Wallace (Special from Chad Finley Racing)
July 24, 2013
DeWitt, Michigan (July 24, 2013) – After some much needed time off to rest and
recuperate, Chad Finley and the Chad Finley Racing Team will get back into the swing
of things in a big way on Friday, July 26th at Lucas Oil Raceway in Clermont, Indiana for
the Night of the Stars Twin 100s for both the ARCA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS
and the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance. The 21-year-old
will race in both events.

“Friday will be the first time we get our new car out on the track." Finley stated in
reference to the new Port City chassis they'll also be bringing to the event to compete in
the JEGS/CRA portion of the nights. "A few weeks ago we had only planned on taking
our Super Late Model and just sticking to it. But with the few weeks we've had off, the
whole team and I have worked very hard to get the new car finished so we can take it
down there and see what it’s got.” He added.

Both events are part of Brickyard Speedweeks in the Circle City as a year ago, Finley
swept both Fast Qualifier awards at the track located just west of Indianapolis. So the
DeWitt, Michigan driver knows how to get around the fast and sweeping 0.686 mile
progressively banked paved oval. In 2011 in a JEGS/CSRA Race, Finley started scratch on the field in 34th and passed 32 cars en route to a runner-up showing on October 1st in a race won by Colt James.

“We’re hoping for a better run this year, as last year things didn’t go our way. Being that LOR is one of my favorite tracks, I was pretty disappointed about how things turned out last year." He continued. "I’m really looking forward to getting back there with our two Port City Racecars and having a good showing. It would really mean a ton to finally win there, I have been so close in the past and always been fast there. I have no doubt in our cars’ and our teams’ performance that we will be someone to contend with.” He ended.

After the Lucas Oil Twinbill, Finley will take some time off before making the long trip south to Gresham Motorsports Park, located northeast of Atlanta in Jefferson, Georgia for the 30th annual World Crown 300 as Finley will make his first ever appearance with the Southern Super Series in one of the inaugural tour's most prestigious races on its 2013 schedule.

For the rest of the 2013 racing season, all of Finley's red #42 Port City Racecars Chevrolets will carry sponsorship decals on each from Auto Value Parts Stores & Certified Service Centers as well as G-Oil / GETG.com , AutoParts2020.com, XLT Engineering, NorthsideTowing.net, The Air Lift Company, McGunegill Engine Performance, Bassett Racing Wheels, Affordable Tire & Service, Bosch Spark Plugs, Hyperco Suspension, Maurer’s Textiles, Superior Racing Images and M.P.H.
