Going into the Tri-State Car Collector Appraisers 125 Presented by T.A.A.G. Incorporated at Berlin Raceway in Marne, Michigan, Braden is only 10 markers out of the lead.

" I'm really confident after how good our car was last week and how well we ran at Berlin last year and hopefully we can come home with a clean car and a good finish." The Wheeling, West Virginia driver stated. "We had some good runs there last season and surprisingly, especially after we had heard so much about how tough the place was, we were able to figure out the track pretty quickly." He added.

In his first ever appearance at the tricky 7/16s (0.437) mile semi-banked paved oval located west of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Braden scored his first career ARCA/CRA podium finish of a third in the Berlin 125 on May 12th just behind Berlin stalwart, Brian Campbell who beat out eventual 2012 Snowball Derby Winner, Erik Jones for the win. "We were fast and the track is a lot of fun. I think we'll be real good this time around." He added. Later in the year in the Rowdy 251 on June 19th, Braden finished 14th in the final rundown.

In Braden's last event, the second race of the ARCA/CRA season at the fast ¼ (0.250) mile high-banked paved oval of Anderson Speedway in Anderson, Indiana on May 4th for the Sell It Again Sam 125 Presented by Great Deals Magazine, Braden qualified fifth and in what was described as a 'rough race' for the Mountaineer State driver, he would nevertheless finish sixth in the race.
