Hamner Racing Engines, COMP Cams and PitBoxes.com to Sponsor Fast Qualifier Awards at Memphis
"Racing's Back! Memphis 250" Up Next On October 26th

Salem, Indiana (October 16, 2013) – Champion Racing Association Powered by JEGS Officials
have announced that Hamner Racing Engines, COMP Cams and PitBoxes.com will be
sponsoring the Fast Qualifier Awards for the upcoming Racing’s Back! Memphis 250 on
October 26th at Memphis International Raceway.
The Hammer Racing Engines, COMP Cams and Pit Boxes.com Fast Qualifier Award for the
ARCA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS 125 lap event with the Racing’s Back! Memphis
250 will pay out a $600 cash bonus to the driver who post the fastest qualifying time for that
event. The PitBoxes.com Fast Qualifier Award for the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by
Chevrolet 125 lap event with the Racing’s Back! Memphis 250 will pay out a $100 cash bonus
to the driver posting the fastest qualifying time for that event.

The Racing’s Back! Memphis 250 will be the first events raced on the ¾ mile tri-oval since
October of 2009 when the previous track owners shut down the facility. In February, 2011, the
current ownership group, headquartered in Palm Beach, FL, purchased the facility and once
again, returned racing to the Mid-South. Building one step at a time, the facility has come
back to life.
Today, Memphis International Raceway is a multi-faceted racing facility boasting
three complete tracks, a high performance road course, and historic quarter-mile dragstrip and
the three quarter-mile tri-oval track – home to the Rusty Wallace Racing Experience and Rusty
Wallace Karting Experience. Memphis International Raceway and Rusty Wallace Racing Experience have worked together to bring racing back to the Mid-South and will partner in the “Racings Back! Memphis 250” on October 26.
There will be an open practice on Friday, October 25th, pits open at 12noon Central Time, practice will go from 2pm until 6pm. On Saturday, October 26th pits will open at 7am, practice will begin at 10am with qualifying starting at 12:30pm. The racing action will begin at 2pm and will include twin 125 lap events for the ARCA/CRA Super Series and the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour.
